Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced store setting. You will engage with guests, assist with products and services, and help ensure a smooth checkout process.

The role requires flexibility to pick up shifts and respond to store needs, with a starting hourly rate of $17.25 and a dynamic schedule. As an On‑Demand TM, you may not appear on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own shifts through the myTime

Responsibilities

• End each interaction with a thank you and guide guests through services like Wallet and loyalty programs.
• Support the team by assisting peers and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
