Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in a store setting. You will help guests, participate in a flexible schedule, and engage with store operations using the Target app and provided training.

As an On-Demand TM, you create your schedule by picking shifts, must attend a Welcome orientation, and follow a short-term training plan to prepare for the role. Schedule and shifts vary with store needs.

Responsibilities

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
