Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences in our stores. You will welcome guests, help them locate products, and resolve issues with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and adherence to store policies.

The position offers a flexible schedule with shifts posted by leaders. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding and effective use of Target’s mobile scheduling app for shift selection.
