Target On-Demand Team Members (Guest Advocates) help guests with a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You may pick up shifts via the myTime app and schedule your own hours according to store needs.

As an On-Demand TM, you won’t be on the posted weekly schedule but can select shifts that fit your life. Attendance, responsiveness, and participation are essential to remain active with Target.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient assistance.
• Help guests locate products and answer questions about store services.
• Process returns and guide guests to appropriate counter or pickup options.
