Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will help guests find items, resolve issues, and complete transactions with a friendly attitude. The role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to pick shifts via the myTime app.

Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for success. As an On-Demand TM, you set your own schedule by selecting shifts posted by leaders or teammates.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Attention to detail while performing multiple tasks.

• Greet guests at various distances and start warm, helpful interactions.

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering Target's service standards.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, safely, and in line with policies.
• Drive guest awareness of current brand launches and store activities.
