Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage with guests, provide friendly service, and support store operations. This role offers a flexible schedule with shifts posted by leaders and other team members via the myTime app.

You will be expected to attend orientation and commit to a short-term training plan to ensure readiness for the role. The position emphasizes guest interaction, product knowledge, and the ability to work across departments, including order pickup,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting customers and assisting with purchases.
• Assist guests with store services, drive-up and pickup options, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and stock shelves as needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and assist with returns while following store policies.
• Support team members and de-escalate situations to protect the guest experience.
