Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver exceptional guest service across store operations. You will create a welcoming environment, assist guests with questions, and promote loyalty programs while using handheld scanners and store systems.

Flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork are essential for success. As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with schedules that vary by store needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with issues and solve problems to improve their visit.
• Know the tools, products, and services available to help guests effectively.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Explain how to use Wallet and Target App features to guests.
• Handle returns and follow store policies with courtesy and efficiency.
• Support OPU/Drive Up/Registry guests and de-escalate issues when they arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and stock supplies as required.
• Be adaptable to varying temperatures and store needs during shifts.
