Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with their shopping experience. You can work a flexible schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with attendance and reliability being essential to success.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can choose shifts that fit your life. Training will be provided, and you will support guest services, loyalty enrollment, and drive-up or pickup options as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, proactive guest service and assist guests with needs.
• Explain store services, promotions and loyalty programs to guests.
• Be punctual, reliable and maintain a positive attitude during shifts.
