Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests, respond to questions, and help guests navigate shopping experiences in-store. The role emphasizes friendly service, flexibility, and reliability as shifts are scheduled via the myTime app.

You will participate in standard store operations, support checkout and service areas, and learn Target policies and procedures while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist to locate items.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Deliver service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours.
