Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience in a busy store environment. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and handle returns with courtesy and accuracy, while promoting loyalty programs and store services.

This role offers flexible, on-demand scheduling; shifts vary by store needs and you select shifts through the myTime app, maintaining reliable attendance and active engagement to support guest needs.

• 4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience

• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
