• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Show guests how to use Target App features like Wallet, pickup, drive-up, etc.
• Assist with returns and follow register prompts, escalating to Leaders when needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; collect unpurchased items for removal.
• Stock supplies during store hours while staying available for guests.
• Follow safety policies and conduct; report hazards.
