Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient guest service in-store. You will create a welcoming environment, greet guests, help locate products, and handle transactions with accuracy.

This role offers flexible shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with emphasis on reliability and guest satisfaction. As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts posted by leaders or peers, share a commitment to attendance, and participate in brief, structured training before

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and assist with needs.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Assist guests with Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry services.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Support teammates and adapt to business needs.
