Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and promote loyalty programs. You will help customers locate products, resolve issues, and ensure a quick, friendly checkout experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service skills.

• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
