Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a friendly, easy shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while promoting Target loyalty programs and app features.

The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality guest experience, teamwork, and adapting to varying guest needs in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided along with flexible scheduling and safety standards.

• Handle returns/exchanges and direct guests to enrollment for loyalty where needed.
