Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Guest Activities Host / Resort Concierge to assist guests with planning and booking activities, while offering local insights and friendly service. This on-site, part-time role pays $15.00 per hour and provides opportunities for growth within the Hyatt team.

• Strong communication skills to engage with guests confidently.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is welcome but not mandatory; a friendly, eager attitude matters.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Must be comfortable using computers and Microsoft Outlook/Office Suite.

As a Guest Activities Host, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our guests explore all the exciting activities available both on our beautiful property and in the surrounding area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Guests with Activity Planning: Help guests schedule and book a variety of activities, ensuring they make the most of their stay at the resort.
• Provide Local Insights: Share your knowledge of the property and surrounding area, recommending activities that cater to guests’ interests and preferences.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about all available options.
• Coordinate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Handle Guest Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service that reflects Hyatt’s commitment to hospitality.
