This full-time, day-shift role requires maintaining a clean pool area, following the activity guide, and serving as an information center for guests.

You will handle money for shifts, sign out equipment, ensure safety protocols, and help orient new guests while publishing the activities calendar with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Provide a clean pool area for guests and straighten pool chairs, pick up trash, towels, and supervise routine upkeep.
• Perform daily activities according to the resort's activity guide and assigned location.
• Follow all employee guidelines and company policies.
• Act as information center for guests across pool hut and events areas.
• Manage receipt books and money for your shift; sign out activities equipment.
• Conduct safety measures including closing pools during inclement weather.
• Meet with groups to conduct activities; orient new guests with staff; help publish activities calendar.
