Job summary

ASM Global is hiring a Ticket Scanner in New Orleans for Caesar's Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square. You will greet guests, verify tickets, passes or credentials, and guide patrons to their seats while ensuring safety and flow of lines during events.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover event-specific passes and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read and understand written English.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors/in-doors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Familiarize yourself with the ticket system and passes.
• Direct guests to the correct areas and assist with directions.
• Grant admission to guests with valid tickets, passes, or credentials.
• Deny admission to unauthorized guests.
• Keep queues moving efficiently.
• Inform guests about smoking areas and policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
