Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A or B CDL required; clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of guardrail experience or heavy highway construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and train team in installation, repair, and maintenance of guardrail systems.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure precise installation.
• Manage on-site safety, traffic control, and compliance with regulations.
• Operate and oversee heavy machinery and equipment on site.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and track material usage and crew timecards.
