Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
• Valid driver's license.
• Available for on-call outside regular hours.
• Minimum 2 years professional case management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience interpreting or analyzing state or federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular schedule and provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Assess guardianship needs and coordinate life aspects for the individual.
• Document monthly status and prepare required court filings and communications.
• Maintain professional relationships with court staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the estate and financial aspects as directed by court orders.
