Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Guard House - Clerkto join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Control truck traffic from within the Guard House and Warehouse Office.
• Checking orders in GEM and preparing documents prior to shipping.
• Verifying order readiness and order information including appointment.
• Assist warehouse personnel with order picking issues.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with truck drivers, employees, and management.
• Requires good judgment and decision making skills.
• The ability to learn and effectively use various Seneca computer systems.
• Must be a self-starter and team player. Must be detalil oriented, accurate, and organized with the ability to multitask in an environment with many interruptions.
• Indoor and Outdoor exposures, along with a hot and cold weather.
• Must be available to work up to 12 hrs per day, seven days per week.
• Must hhave the ability to sit, stand, reach, push, pull, twist, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
