Job summary
MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks a Project Inspector in Guam to lead on-site quality assurance and quality control efforts for major NAVFAC Marianas projects. You will oversee inspection of electrical, mechanical, and related systems, manage documentation, and coordinate with designers, contractors, and MBP staff to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
The role requires 7+ years in construction quality management, DoD project experience preferred, and a proven track record in reporting,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in construction quality management and related fields.
- Experience on DoD/Naval facilities projects is a plus.
- Proven ability to inspect, document, report and communicate quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Represent client on-site to oversee QA/QC activities.
- Prepare reports and track deficient work.
- Inspect all phases of work for conformance with plans and specs.
- Review submittals and advise on accept/reject decisions.
- Prepare punch lists and verify closure of items.
