Reddit is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team in Chicago. This executive-facing role leads large-scale strategic initiatives, owning end-to-end processes, transforming methodologies, and evolving our systems, data, and products to maximize advertiser impact and streamline the buyer experience.

You will collaborate with the CRO, COO, and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data to gather buy-in, pressure test ideas, and

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic program management or related field.
• Background in Digital Media platforms (platform + agency preferred).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite.
• Ability to structure complex problems and drive execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support core GTM leadership by managing Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end processes across buy cycle including forecasting and invoicing.
• Engage with CRO, COO and senior leaders to gather buy-in and accelerate execution.
• Break down opportunities into clear problem statements and define hypotheses and actions.
• Define governance, track results and refine processes for consistency and ROI.
