Job summary

Reddit is seeking a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team. The role focuses on end-to-end business transformation, process standardization, and data-driven governance to improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.

You will partner with CRO, COO, and cross-functional leaders to manage complex roadmaps, forecast methodologies, and campaign planning, delivering decision-ready artifacts for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, or related fields.
• Experience in digital media, platform and agency environments preferred.
• Executive communication with C-suite stakeholders (CRO, COO).
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change and implement scalable processes.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM program initiatives and large-scale transformations for the leadership team.
• Oversee OPEX planning cycles, roadmaps, and decision-ready documentation for monthly executive reviews.
• Collaborate with CRO, COO, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams to align initiatives.
• Define metrics, track outcomes, and refine processes with governance and guardrails.
• Lead rollout plans, stakeholder communications, and adoption through change management.
