Job summary

Procare Solutions is seeking a Go-to-Market Training and Enablement Manager to build and continuously improve training for our customer-facing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will design onboarding and ongoing programs, deliver sessions (in-person and virtual), coach staff, and partner with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in sales training and/or leadership.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of GO-TO-MARKET processes, methodologies, and/or frameworks.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess training effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement software (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for customer-facing GTM teams.
• Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing sales staff, both in-person and virtual.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to customer-facing employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and CS to align training messaging.
• Develop and maintain GO-TO-MARKET enablement resources and tools.
