Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent roles driving adoption of tech products/services.
• Experience with financial modeling and using spreadsheet software, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making on core business initiatives to increase productivity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, solving complex business challenges and aligning priorities.
• Design and execute change management strategies for the field.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Learning and Enablement on hiring criteria and performance milestones.
• Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations.
