Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy & Planning to lead the team responsible for our most consequential GTM decisions. You will own strategy, coverage, market prioritization, quota setting, and territory design, partnering with Finance to set our annual plan across regions and segments.

You will guide a cross-functional team and collaborate with CRO, CMO, and Sales leadership to drive aligned, data-driven revenue growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or revenue strategy experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
• 4+ years in people leadership, building high-functioning strategy teams.
• Proven ownership of quota design, territory planning, and headcount modeling at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and planning across the revenue organization with cross-functional partners.
• Own headcount planning and translate priorities into capacity models with Finance and People.
• Design global quota setting and territory planning with equitable opportunity distribution.
• Develop and maintain pipeline targets and collaborate on forecast models.
• Align merged or reorganized sales teams through strategy, standards, and execution.
