Job summary

Flex, a NYC-headquartered FinTech, is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Operations in New York. The role leads the GTM strategy, planning, and execution across New Verticals, partnering with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance to scale new business lines.

The candidate will build repeatable processes, design pipelines, and drive strategic initiatives with high visibility. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM strategy, revenue ops, consulting, or business ops.
• 5+ years in a revenue leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly planning for New Verticals with Sales, Product, Analytics.
• Lead forecasting, KPI reporting, and revenue insights for New Verticals.
• Design and refine sales processes, territory structures, and operating mechanisms.
• Serve as operational hub across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, RevOps.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, TAM analyses for new verticals.
• Develop and lead a revenue strategy and operations team.
