Morning Brew Inc. is seeking an Associate, Go-to-Market Strategy to craft and polish materials the sales team uses to sell advertising across newsletters, podcasts, social video, events, and custom content.

You will transform ideas into clean, persuasive slides and packages that sellers rely on to win business. You’ll work with Editorial, Insights, Analytics, and Pricing to gather what is needed and help launches reach market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities for clear, persuasive decks.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to organize messy ideas into a clean outline.
• Experience in media, marketing, or advertising a plus; curious about the business behind content.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling sales decks and one-sheets used by the advertising sales team.
• Turn ideas and research into clean, persuasive slides and packages for pitches.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Insights, and Analytics to gather data for decks.
• Support franchise, product, and sponsorship launches with launch decks and internal communications.
• Organize and manage the asset library so reps can find materials quickly.
