Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience delivering concise executive-level insights.
• Ability to influence across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of customer, operational, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Frame ambiguous challenges as structured questions and define data requirements.
• Integrate findings across sources and translate outputs into clear implications and actions.
• Partner with Data Analytics to interpret outputs and communicate assumptions.
• Develop business cases and executive-ready recommendations for senior leaders.
• Define baselines, KPIs, and measurement plans with initiative owners.
• Evaluate post-implementation results and suggest adjustments.
• Present findings to senior leaders and facilitate alignment on next steps.
