Job summary

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to own the full people partnership for our GTM organization (Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops) across the US, LATAM, and APAC. You'll work with ~10 leaders and 250 WeTravelers to shape org design, compensation, performance, and talent decisions that drive sustainable growth.

This high-visibility, cross-functional role partners with senior leaders, coaches managers, handles complex ER cases, and leads the manager enablement program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, including 2+ years supporting a Sales/GTM or commercial group.
• Experience advising Directors, VPs, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling org.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management and org design.
• Commercial judgment and experience coaching senior leaders through performance and development.
• People operations background with US multi-state employment law knowledge.
• Comfort with data and analytics to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise GTM leaders on organizational, talent, and employee decisions.
• Provide support to employees on sensitive people matters with People Ops.
• Guide compensation and promotions decisions using data and context.
• Plan headcount, role scoping and hiring strategy with Talent Acquisition.
• Handle relocation, terminations, and other employment matters with legal judgement.
• Use people data and metrics to spot trends and propose solutions.
• Drive change management and communications for People initiatives.
