Job summary

Kong is hiring a Senior Director, GTM People Business Partner to spearhead the people strategy for its global go-to-market teams. You will partner with the CRO and lead the People Business Partners, aligning workforce plans with revenue growth across multiple regions.

You will shape organization design, compensation and talent processes, ensuring scalable leadership and culture. This role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional influence, and travel across the Americas, EMEA and APJ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience aligning HR strategy with revenue objectives.
• Strong partnership with CRO or SVP Sales in B2B software.
• Expertise in leadership development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM People Business Partner function for global direct sales, channels and enablement teams.
• Design org structure, role architecture, leveling and compensation considerations for growth.
• Oversee headcount planning, quota alignment, and talent reviews across regions including US, EMEA, APJ.
