Elloe AI is seeking an intern to bridge sales ops, pilot design, and CRM intelligence in a remote-first role. You’ll help design GTM pilots, map high-potential accounts, and refine data-driven narratives for faster, more scalable revenue growth.

The position focuses on building systems, refining CRM workflows, and turning pilot outcomes into shareable case studies. Remote-friendly with exposure to cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and sales.

Qualificações

• MBA or business undergrad with GTM, sales ops, or product marketing interest
• Fluent in HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or similar
• Strong systems thinker with ability to see structure in signal chaos
• Bonus: revops, B2B SaaS sales, or CRM tooling experience

Responsabilidades

• Segment ICPs by trigger event, industry urgency, and compliance need
• Map the next 50 highest-signal accounts Elloe should pursue
• Improve CRM hygiene, deal logging, and next-touch automation
• Support packaging of pilot outcomes into referenceable case studies
• Collaborate with ops and comms to extract data proof to narrative win
• Build a structured feedback loop between pilots and product
• Analyze friction points in active sales cycles
• Propose GTM experiments: call flows, outbound structures, trigger-driven nurture
• Build dashboards or Airtable/Notion views to track conversion velocity
