Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst to ensure CRM data hygiene, contract workflow, renewal documentation, and day‑to‑day operational tasks run accurately and with discipline. You will support reporting, dashboards, and processes that enable the GTM team to work effectively.

The role requires strong organizational skills, HubSpot experience (or similar CRM), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of GTM, sales, revenue, or customer success operations or administrative support.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with high data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality and integrity in HubSpot, including deduplication, field updates, stage adjustments, and record validation.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal workflow, from initiating renewal tasks to tracking status and ensuring timely completion.
• Provide contract administration support, preparing renewal documentation, pricing updates, scopes of work, contract amendments, and signature processes.
• Generate and update recurring reports and dashboards for leadership, covering renewal tracking, pipeline views, activity logs, and sales performance.
• Assist with ad‑hoc reporting for Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and leadership teams.
• Support execution of standardized GTM workflows, including lead routing, opportunity setup, contract processing, and renewal steps.
• Maintain and update operational documentation such as SOPs, renewal checklists, contracting guidelines, and process maps.
• Train new GTM team members on CRM usage, contract processes, and reporting standards.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs between sales and onboarding when contracts close.
