Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build report templates using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Circana/NPD/IRI, SAP, or SharePoint is a strong plus.
• Strong multitasking and inventory management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data retrieval and analysis across global markets and retailers.
• Create and disseminate weekly and monthly business status reports.
• Benchmark pricing using Circana/NPD/IRI data and price ladder visuals.
• Maintain SharePoint trackers and master data assets.
• Forecast sampling catalogs and coordinate product logistics.
• Oversee GTM closet inventory for international requests.
• Structure GTM SharePoint sites and digital libraries.
• Draft memos and launch catalogs for international markets.
• Assist with PO creation and track department expenses.
• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and AV setups.
