This is a technical, systems‑oriented role spanning prospect data, email infrastructure, sequencing, and enrichment: the end‑to‑end machinery that puts qualified seller and referral‑partner conversations in front of the sales team.
The successful candidate is someone who builds and runs outbound infrastructure from the ground up, obsesses over deliverability and inbox placement, and treats outbound as an experiment‑driven system, prioritizing efficiency, compliance, and quality with backend revenue results.
On‑target earnings of $80,000–$90,000 annually, consisting of base salary and performance‑based incentives. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and achievement of performance objectives.
