Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, seeks a strategic narrative leader to own Maven’s go-to-market story. You’ll shape how we present value to employers, health plans, and members while aligning with product and clinical evidence.

This builder role blends strategy and writing, requiring comfort with data-driven storytelling, outcomes research, and AI-enabled exploration to turn numbers into compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth tech, healthcare, or consumer-facing company.
• Experience at the intersection of B2B and consumer audiences, ideally in healthcare/healthtech.
• Strong writer who articulates financial impact to executives while conveying clinical rigor and empathy.
• Able to build narrative infrastructure and data-driven storytelling.
• Experience using AI to accelerate research and scale narrative development.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Maven's core narrative connecting employer value and member experience.
• Shape narrative for major company moments (product launches, partnerships, etc.).
• Own narrative for existing clients across moments to drive engagement and expansion.
• Own the primary corporate pitch deck and keep it aligned with product strategy and clinical evidence.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product positioning lives within the company narrative.
• Translate clinical data and product capabilities into credible stories for executives and clients.
• Build and maintain a living narrative system: messaging hierarchy and usage guidelines.
• Establish feedback loops with Growth and field teams to measure messaging impact.
