Maven Clinic seeks a strategic narrative leader to own and evolve our go-to-market narrative. You will shape how we present our platform and care programs to employers, health plans, clients, and members, translating complex clinical and product data into compelling language that drives deals and partnerships.

You will bridge strategy and execution, building the narrative framework, core value propositions, and messaging guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years shaping narrative at high-growth tech or healthcare companies.
• Exceptional writing with ability to present financial impact to executives.
• Experience turning data into a persuasive, executive-ready narrative.
• Experience building a go-to-market narrative at deal speed.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Maven’s core GTM narrative across employer, health plan, and member audiences.
• Define and maintain narrative frameworks anchoring all market materials (pitch deck, positioning, campaigns, launches).
• Translate clinical evidence, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible stories for executive buyers and clients.
• Build and maintain a living narrative system: messaging hierarchy, core value propositions, usage guidelines.
• Build feedback loops with Growth and field teams to ensure landing in buyer conversations.
