Scale Army Co. is seeking a hands-on GTM Marketer to own our lead-generation engine for US-based clients, though remote; you’ll run high-volume cold email campaigns and optimize paid channels.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and Head of Operations, building AI-powered workflows, HubSpot automations, and dashboards to drive qualified leads and faster pipeline progression. This role offers autonomy, a sizable marketing budget, and the chance to shape a scalable acquisition engine.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing cold email campaigns at 100,000+ emails per month.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute high-volume cold email campaigns (>100,000 emails per month).
• Manage outbound email platforms and deliverability.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with ROAS in mind.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and nurture campaigns.
• Develop AI agents and automation to improve marketing efficiency.
• Incorporate direct mail and support SEO efforts.
• Maintain dashboards and weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate directly with CEO and Head of Operations.
