Slalom is seeking a Managing Director for Data & Technology Solutions in the Greater New York area. You will lead growth of data, cloud, and software engineering practices, building trusted client relationships and guiding executive-level transformations.

You will design enterprise data and AI architectures, mentor teams, drive GTM strategy, and partner with delivery teams to ensure architectural integrity from strategy to implementation. Travel 25-30%; on-site work required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Proven success growing consulting businesses, practices, portfolios, or strategic client accounts.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Grow executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders; drive revenue growth in strategic accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and business case development.
• Shape integrated transformation solutions across data, cloud, and AI with cross-capability collaboration.
• Design enterprise data and AI architectures for executives and technical teams.
• Mentor GTM leaders and establish standards, reusable assets to boost delivery quality.
