VTEX is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our CX Platform. This hands-on, strategic role sits at the crossroads of product, growth, and marketing, shaping how we position solutions, craft resonant messaging, and drive adoption among existing VTEX merchants and new customers.

You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, and growth teams to translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives, lead end-to-end GTM launches, and develop sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record coordinating initiatives across product and sales/marketing.
• Ability to create positioning and messaging from scratch.

• Own positioning and messaging for CX Platform.
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and product launches.
• Define ICP and drive market intelligence and differentiation.
