Job summary

Endex in New York City is seeking a GTM hire to own the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing to close—and to ensure customers get value from the product. You will work closely with product and leadership to shape what we build and how we position Endex in target markets.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in financial services (Real Estate, PE, IB, or public equities), strong deal experience, and a passion for selling frontier AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Public Equities.
• Experience in building models and closing deals.
• Willingness to sell and close with top firms.
• Strong opinions on product and positioning.
• Relentless resourcefulness and fast learner.
• Low ego with high standards and focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Deals End-to-End: run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and build relationships with teams.
• Expand Into New Verticals: identify and validate new markets for Endex.
• Navigate Complex Buying: move deals through buyers, IT, InfoSec and procurement to deployment.
• Build Pipeline Systems: create processes that turn interest into revenue and collaborate with marketing.
• Shape Product Design: translate objections into feedback and roadmap input.
• Inform GTM Strategy: help decide segments, messaging, and positioning.
