Job summary

Okta is seeking a senior contributor to shape incentive compensation across our Go-To-Market and Customer First functions. You will translate business goals into scalable compensation programs, working across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure accuracy and impact.

You will build analytics, optimize platforms like Salesforce, Anaplan, and Xactly, and lead cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility, delivering measurable ROI and sustained performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation design, strategy, or analytics.
• Proven leadership to mentor and manage diverse teams across levels.
• Deep expertise in sales compensation architecture and plan mechanics.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Anaplan, Xactly, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation analytics and reports aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee administration of incentive compensation reporting and analytics for timely payments.
• Serve as data and business process SME for ICM systems and related tooling.
• Develop data and process flows; drive end-to-end automation and UAT for commissions.
• Develop cost models and insights to optimize incentive plans and dashboards.
• Build strong partnerships with GTM Ops, Finance, Sales, and Legal.
