Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a GTM Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team. You will be the strategic finance leader for regional GTM executives, owning the region's budget and financial performance, sitting at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Marketing to drive growth with financial discipline, build KPI dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to regional leaders and Global GTM

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A or GTM finance in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, churn, CAC, LTV).
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations.
• Highly analytical with solid financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the regional GTM leader / CMO.
• Own headcount planning, OPEX, and program investments for the region.
• Lead quarterly and monthly forecasting processes and translate pipeline trends into financial outlooks.
• Develop KPI dashboards linking financial metrics to operational drivers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel to align regional initiatives with global GTM strategy.
• Prepare business reviews and present insights to senior leadership.
