Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or GTM/revenue finance experience.
• Proven commission analysis and sales compensation experience.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, CAC, LTV/CAC, NRR/GRR.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills; able to build models independently.
• Experience with reporting/planning tools and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM forecasting and budgeting with the Director, GTM Finance.
• Build capacity models for headcount planning, territory design, and productivity.
• Conduct scenario planning and ad hoc analysis on GTM initiatives and pipeline shifts.
• Own commission analysis and sales compensation modeling; track plan payouts.
• Support territory planning and plan design questions with HR/Sales Ops.
• Analyze pipeline health, bookings trends, and sales productivity with RevOps.
• Maintain dashboards for revenue, headcount, and GTM performance.
• Prepare monthly business review narratives translating data into insights.
• Analyze core SaaS KPIs: ARR, bookings, CAC, LTV/CAC, NRR/GRR, retention.
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan; assist with month-end close.
