Job summary

Checkr is hiring to build and optimize our marketing technology stack, data pipelines, and automation across marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll design and run campaigns, integrate AI workflows, and track revenue impact with dashboards and attribution models.

You will work on email, lead flows, and nurture sequences, collaborating with the marketing team and our partners on paid media and SEO. A strong GTM background in B2B/SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with B2B/B2G or SaaS experience.
• Proven track record building automations, data pipelines, and reliable systems.
• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on growth metrics and execution.

Responsibilities

About the team/role

the company helps state governments verify income and employment in seconds instead of weeks so benefits like SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF reach the people who need them faster. This role builds the automations and systems connecting our marketing, sales, and customer success motion, and then you'll actually run the campaigns that use them: the emails that go out, the lead flows that convert, the nurture sequences that keep the pipeline moving. You're as comfortable writing a webhook as you are hitting send on a campaign.

What you’ll do

What you bring

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.

• Proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.

• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.

• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics (CAC, LTV), and execution.

• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)

$130,000—$153,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO)

$111,000—$130,000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Nashville, TN)

$100,000—$118,000 USD
