Job summary

David Joseph & Company in New York City (Dumbo, Brooklyn) is seeking a hands-on GTM engineer who will design and own the infrastructure, automations, and reporting to accelerate the sales team. You don’t need a CS background but must build rapidly and prove results with real measurements.

You will design enrichment pipelines, stand up outbound infrastructure across email/LinkedIn/phone, and own CRM integrations and data quality to keep pipelines trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in GTM engineering or revenue operations roles.
• Hands-on AI coding assistant usage; can ship automations quickly.
• CRM integration/configuration experience with data models.
• Proven experience building enrichment pipelines and multi-channel outbound.
• Strong measurement mindset with data-driven validation.
• Willingness to work in Brooklyn office five days a week.

The Role

This is a builder's role that sits right next to the revenue motion. You'll design and own the infrastructure, automations, and reporting that free the sales team to spend their days sourcing and closing instead of doing the manual work around it — every system you ship makes the whole GTM engine faster and sharper. You don\'t need to be a software engineer by trade or come from a CS background, but you do need to build a lot, fast, and prove with real measurement whether what you shipped is working. You\'ll report directly to the founder.

What you\'ll be doing

• Build enrichment and list-building pipelines that continuously surface and prioritize the right target accounts
• Stand up and maintain multi-channel outbound infrastructure and personalization across email, LinkedIn, and phone so reps execute at volume
• Own CRM integrations and data quality so pipeline and conversion data is trustworthy and available where it\'s needed
• Build live reporting and dashboards for lead volume, conversion, and pipeline health — no manual data pulls
• Continuously test new tools and automations, keep what works, cut what doesn\'t, and prove it with measurement

Tech stack: AI coding assistant (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), CRM integration/configuration (Attio or similar), SQL, enrichment/orchestration platforms (e.g. Clay), LLM APIs

Requirements

• 3–5 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing ops, sales systems engineering, or growth engineering, with systems you\'ve built end to end
• Daily hands-on use of an AI coding assistant, with the ability to scaffold and ship a working automation the same day
• Strong command of CRM integration and configuration (Attio or comparable), plus SQL fluency and comfort owning and maintaining CRM data models
• Proven, hands-on experience building enrichment pipelines, target lists, and multi-channel outbound infrastructure
• A relentless tester who validates and optimizes everything with real measurement
• Able and eager to work in person five days a week from the Brooklyn (Dumbo) office

Nice to Haves

• Production experience with LLM APIs (prompt design, eval loops, error handling)
• Familiarity with enrichment/orchestration platforms such as Clay
• Prior early-stage experience building GTM systems from scratch
• Broad AI-native generalist range across tooling, automations, integrations, and workflows
