You'll own how Grid Health grows — one funnel, inbound and outbound, from first touch to a qualified conversation with a health system. Grid Health gives health systems visibility and control over the AI they run in production: what they have, how it's performing, and whether they can defend it to a governance committee. Enterprise healthcare cycles run long, and the job is to compress them: make the market know us before we ask for the meeting. Company leadership closes the earliest deals, so you own everything up to the close — and as the motion matures, the team that runs it.
What you’ll own
- One funnel, inbound and outbound. Demand generation, sourcing and enrichment, multichannel outreach, inbound conversion, nurture, qualification, and the handoff into an executive conversation. One person owns the whole path, not a channel.
- The growth stack. Marketing automation and CRM — lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, data standards, and the consolidation calls as we scale. You set the standard here rather than inherit one.
- Demand creation, not just capture. The micro-products, interactive tools, benchmarks, and assets that give a health-system executive a reason to engage before they are ready to buy, plus the community and events programs that keep them engaged.
- Multi-threaded accounts. Health-system decisions are made by a group — CIO, CMIO, CAIO, CDO, CISO, compliance. Success is several of them recognizing Grid before anyone is asked to buy, not one of them taking a meeting.
- The numbers. Qualified meetings and pipeline into leadership, cycle time by lead source, and the experiments that move reply and conversion rates.
- The people and tooling around it. Brief and direct our content and marketing function, work with R&D when a growth build needs real engineering, and hire the seats the funnel justifies.
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or revenue operations, including at least one stretch owning a full funnel end to end at a company without an established playbook.
- You have run both inbound and outbound, and you can say which produced what.
- Hands-on ownership of a marketing-automation and CRM stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — lifecycle, scoring, attribution, hygiene. You know what good looks like and you can build it from scratch.
- Technical enough to build it yourself: automations, integrations, APIs, and AI coding and agent tools. You ship working things in short cycles instead of filing requests.
- Creative about how a relationship starts. You can name five ways into an account that aren't a cold call, and you'd rather earn a reply than send more email.
- Clear thinking and writing, and the judgment to operate in a market where persistence is rewarded and carelessness is remembered.
Nice to have
- Health-system or healthcare-SaaS experience, and familiarity with the clinical AI and informatics title landscape.
- Experience running a community, newsletter, or events program as a commercial channel.
- Prior SDR or AE time — useful for knowing what converts.
- Experience marketing or selling security, governance, risk, or compliance software.
- Founding-team experience building a function from nothing.
About Grid Health
Grid Health is a venture-backed health-technology company on a mission to make it safe for healthcare to adopt AI. We build a clinical-AI governance platform that helps hospitals and health systems inventory, monitor, and govern every AI tool and model they deploy — giving governance committees the visibility and evidence they need to sign off with confidence. Our buyers are hospital CISOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and AI governance committees. US HQ in Boston; R&D hub in Tel Aviv.
How we hire
Four steps: a short screen, an executive conversation, a paid or credited working session on a real problem from our roadmap, and a final round with the team you'd work with. We don't believe in take-homes that go nowhere — every exercise is a real conversation about real work.
