You will pull and analyze data from Gong, Clue, Salesforce, and other GTM tools, build dashboards, create battlecards and messaging, and partner with leaders to develop trainings and enablement materials. Embrace AI to streamline GTM workflows and measure impact to continuously improve programs.

A GTM Enablement Analyst who can turn data, AI, and team ideas into practical tools that help our Sales and Account Management teams perform better.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and analyze data from Gong, Clue, Salesforce, and other GTM tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build simple dashboards and reporting that help Sales and AM leadership make better decisions.
• Turn competitive intelligence into useful insights, battlecards, and messaging for the team.
• Partner with Sales and AM leaders to build trainings, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Partner with the Enablement team from concept to outcome.
• Use AI and automation to improve GTM workflows and make teams more efficient.
• Measure what’s working and continuously improve enablement programs.

Requirements:

• Strong with data, analytics, and problem solving.
• Curious and hands-on with AI and new technology.
• Experience with tools like Gong, Clue, Salesforce/CRM, or dashboards.

Required Skills:

• Strong communicator who can turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, and a strong executor.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, AM, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.

Preferred Skills:
