Job summary

Redaptive, Inc. seeks a Customer Content & Experience Manager to craft the company’s commercial narrative and manage high-stakes content for GTM.

You’ll own automated customer touchpoints, coordinate with Marketing and Sales Enablement, and ensure consistent messaging across energy services, equipment finance, and Data Solutions. You’ll design executive-ready decks, collaborate with Deal Desk on pricing and term sheets, and build a scalable content library while maintaining a strong customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or related GTM roles.
• Demonstrated portfolio of decks, pitch materials, or sales content for enterprise/B2B.
• Experience with marketing automation and/or customer experience platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualtrics).

Responsibilities

• Storytelling & narrative development for multiple personas and industries.
• Create polished decks and materials for GTM leaders and deal scenarios.
• Coordinate content across Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
• Manage content library and reusable templates to enable self-serve requests.
• Own automated customer touchpoints and measurement of content performance.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk to translate terms into proposals.
