About This Role
We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to own and optimize our commission operations and compensation analytics. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things CaptivateIQ, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic compensation processes across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and precision across our incentive structures.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, loves turning messy data into clean models, and brings rigor to processes without losing flexibility in a scaling company.
